For the dressing:
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp poppy seeds
Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients and drizzle on salad. Note: I prefer to always buy organic. It is better for the planet’s health and my family’s too! I always wash my fruits and vegetables just because you can never be too sure what has touched them prior to their arrival in your home. I know there are a lot of options, but I am a fan of Rebel Green Natural Produce Wash.
